SIFE's color palette is made of black, red, green and blue. This allows the following colors to be used:

  • Black
  • Dark red
  • Red
  • Dark green
  • Green
  • Dark blue
  • Blue
  • Yellow
  • Cyan
  • Purple
Without use of DLIs or color palette changes -- only swapping the character set once every frame -- 10 colors are perceivable!

(Select your own color palette depending on what your own game or program requires.)
