Many Ways to Help

Do you have Atari video game or computer systems, historical items, or arcade games that you'd be willing to bring to the show?
Would you be willing to help exhibitors transport, set up, and/or break down their gear before and after the show?
Have you got spare TVs/monitors, power strips, or other supplies that would be helpful at the show?
Are you interested in helping visitors play the games, or watch exhibitors' gear while they take a break?

Atari Party is looking for volunteers! Let us know how you can help, and when. The show runs from 12pm-5pm, but setup begins just before the library opens, at 10am, and we'll have until 5:30pm to clear out.

Tips for Exhibitors (& Volunteers)

Make sure your gear is working before you bother bringing it
Bring enough power strips for your gear
Bring enough displays (TVs/monitors) for your gear
- if you cannot, let us know what you need (including input type(s), e.g. RF vs composite); someone may be able to lend you something
- if you have any spares, let us know what you can bring, in case someone else can use them
Bring snacks and water for yourself
If you can, arrive before 10am (when the library opens)
- Please review the event's schedule
Familiarize yourself with the venue
- Meeting room rules
